These terms apply to your use of myhanspace.com and to digital products purchased from HanSpace. By using the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms presented at checkout.

Digital products

HanSpace products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Product contents, formats, version and approximate download size are described on the relevant product page.

Personal Use License

Unless a different license is expressly purchased, HanSpace digital products are supplied under a Personal Use License. You may download, store, view, read and listen on your own devices, make reasonable personal backups, print permitted documents for personal study, and use the materials in a private household setting.

Ownership and copyright

Your purchase grants a limited license to use the product. It does not transfer copyright, trademark rights or ownership of the content to you.

Prohibited uses

  • Reselling, gifting, sublicensing or redistributing complete product files.
  • Uploading the files to public websites, social platforms, video platforms, shared drives or file-sharing services.
  • Using videos, music, artwork or other assets in public content, advertising, client work or commercial projects.
  • Repackaging the product for courses, marketplaces, templates, print-on-demand products, NFTs or datasets.
  • Removing copyright or brand notices, or claiming ownership of HanSpace content.

Creator and Commercial Use

Creator and Commercial Licenses are not included with the current Personal Use purchase. Contact HanSpace before using any product in public, monetized, promotional, client or commercial work.

Orders, payment and delivery

Checkout, payment processing, receipts and digital delivery may be provided by Lemon Squeezy. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining sufficient storage and a suitable internet connection for the download.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the HanSpace Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Website availability and accuracy

HanSpace aims to keep product information and website access accurate and available, but temporary interruptions, errors or updates may occur. Cultural and educational content is provided for general information and is not medical, legal or professional advice.

Changes

These terms may be updated when products, services or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page.
