Help with HanSpace digital downloads, order emails and file access.

I completed payment but did not receive my files

Check the order confirmation page and the email address used at checkout. Lemon Squeezy normally provides the download after a successful payment. If the order shows as paid but no download is available, contact HanSpace with your order number and purchase email.

My download link does not work

Try opening the link in a current browser and confirm that your internet connection is stable. If the link has expired or returns an error, contact HanSpace so the order can be reviewed.

The ZIP file will not open

Confirm that the download completed and that the file size is approximately 946 MB. Use the built-in ZIP support in a current version of Windows or macOS, or a trusted archive utility. Do not rename or edit the ZIP while it is downloading.

I purchased twice by mistake

Contact HanSpace with both order numbers and the purchase email. Verified duplicate purchases will be reviewed under the Refund Policy.

I cannot find the order email

Check spam, junk and promotions folders, then search for “Lemon Squeezy” or the product name. The receipt may have been sent to a different address entered during checkout.

Download size and storage

Chinese Tea Culture Digital Collection — Volume 1 is approximately 946 MB. Keep additional free storage available for both the ZIP archive and the extracted files.

Email support@myhanspace.com or use the Contact page. Include your order number, purchase email, product name and a short description of the issue. Never send card numbers, passwords or security codes.
